Sizing

Plus size sizing differs with which brand you choose. Too make sure you have the right fit, always check the specific size chart pertaining to that lingerie piece. For the most part, it can be summed up in a general sizing manner. The general sizes are as follows:

1X = 16-18

2X = 20-22

3X= 24-26

4X= 28/30

You have to be careful though. There are some manufactures that like to say they have plus sizes, and then you look at the chart and you see a very condensed chart. For instance, some manufacturers consider size 20 to be a 3X.

When you get into the One size and Queen sizes, they are a bit different themselves. The Queen size marking will typically be on hosiery items, but not always. Here is how the one size and queen size sizing works:

One Size is 90lbs to 160lbs

Queen size is 165lbs to 250lbs

Now with regard to the one size and queen size sizing, you need to figure out where you fall. If you are the upper end of the one size fits most sizing, you might want to go with the queen size version just to make sure it is a nice fit.

Another tricky sizing method is when you get a bustier or corset Diesel parabarny h122 and Diesel paradave h1302. This sizing is often times smaller than you think when you receive it. As a general rule, always go a size up when getting a corset. Example: if you wear a 1X, get a 2X. If the sizes run by bust measurements; if you wear a 42 inch, get a 44inch. By going a size up, you will ensure it fits. The reason why I say this is because when you are taking your bra strap measurement, you are also using something that stretches. Bustiers and Corsets do not stretch.
